Terms & Conditions

Prices are subject to change and the price confirmed when secured with a deposit, is the price you pay.  With regards to courses, if you've secured an offer price place and you request to move that date you will waive your right to an offer price and you will have to pay the full course price.

Booking Fees and deposits are and remain non refundable under any circumstances for both Treatments.

Outstanding balances for course bookings must be paid four weeks before course commencement date.

Offers are subject to change and you may only use one valid offer at a time.  

A minimum of 72 hours notice of any treatment movements. Your deposit will need to be repaid to have your appointment rescheduled, should you notify us less than this timescale. 

If you require models for any training there's a £50 charge as Polished Brows will have to conduct the top up.

All clients will require a top up 6-8 weeks after the initial treatment to complete the look. Some clients (depending on skin type) may be required to return for a further top up to achieve the desired result. If this is necessary, the cost will be a £100.

In regards to colour boosts timings are calculated from your initial appointment. 

6-12 months £150
12-18 months £190

Anything after this timescale will be charged at full price.  If your previous work has significantly faded I may suggest you start the procedure again, consisting of an initial and top up appointment to achieve the desired outcome.
